5 minutes after it should have arrived I phoned county cars to enquire about were it was, only to be told that the motorway was busy and it would arrive in about 5 minutes time.
Feeling that if it arrived within the 5 minutes I'd still have time to get to the bank in time for my appointment, unfortunately 10 minutes later still no taxi and the time for my appointment to now start at the bank, I phoned to cancel said taxi only to be told by the operator that I wasn't their only customer and that not all of their taxis was kept in Clevedon for my benefit, (or words to that effect,) so starting from today I'll be using a rival company, losing county cars a minimum of £16 a week.
...Strange that for a month or so County cars will run as sweet as a nut, then for seemingly no reason they go all to hell, and don't seem to give a damn.
...So as I said time to find a different taxi firm!!
